Syed Qamar Raza is the Founder and President of Conservative Friends of Small Business (CFoSB). For over 25 years Qamar has been a successful entrepreneur in retailing and property. During this period, he has also been a leading voice and community leader assisting the Pakistani community to better integrate with the UK system of business, governance and both public and political life. Besides his own businesses Qamar has also held/holds the following roles:

• Founder & President of World Congress of Overseas Pakistanis (WCoP)
• Former Founder and Co-Chairman of Conservative Friends of Pakistan (CFoP)
• Former Board Governor of the Overseas Pakistan Foundation (OPF)
• Former President of UK Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (UKPCCI)
Qamar’s services were recognised in 2014, when he was awarded the Diaspora Excellence Award by Oxford University
